The highlight of our evening came shortly. Here we have:
1) Mango with black glutinous rice - my personal favourite! the combi is surprisingly yummy! Somehow, the mango, glutinous rice and coconut came together as a perfect match. The black glutinous rice added an extra texture, giving it an adiditonal kick:
2) This is not new.. traditional warm dessert, cooked with chinese pear, almond and gou ji zi
